Generations of creating.
Land Designs is a family run workshop situated on the beautiful coast of East Anglia. S. Land, has been a local engineer, woodworker and interior specialist for over 40 years. He ensures that all of our décor, homeware and furniture are lovingly handcrafted and that every single item that leaves our workshop is to the highest quality. We take great pride in our work and believe customer satisfaction is of the highest importance, taking this lesson from one generation to the next.

From vintage drills, bow lamps and musical instruments. We repurpose something old into a new and personal unique piece of decor for your home.

Our vintage goods are almost all locally supplied and all of them are hand-picked by the Land Designs team. All repurposed items are thoroughly checked to ensure the original materials are safe and up to modern standards.

We carefully consider what each item needs to lead a new life. We use a variety of processes from de-greasing to re-spraying items. Ensuring you have a top-quality product and, most importantly, keeping the original charm.

All products are hand-made at the land designs workshop, and each will have its own unique style and consideration when being created. None of our final products are factory made and all of our creations are hand-made inside the land designs workshop.
High quality & sustainable materials

We source top-quality oak from local suppliers and where possible we use off-cuts and every piece possible to ensure minimal wastage.

Our unique barrel stave products use real staves and are sourced from a renowned traditional Scottish Brewery. The staves are from real-aged whisky barrels.

Much like our oak, we only use local suppliers and use sustainable practises to ensure every inch of our material is used where possible to reduce wastage.

Sourced locally, we re-use cast iron products and steel fittings which are typically destined for the scrap heap into fine products.
