What started as creating products for their own home, Steven and his son Jamie spent hours on end in their garden workshop creating beautifully unique products they could call their own. Their creations caught the attention of friends and families and soon they appeared in homes all around the town of Gorleston-On-Sea.

After many requests came flooding in from the local community for their very own unique products, the business soon expanded to start working with an extensive range of materials, processes and practices. Steven has spent his whole life working as an engineer and has created high-precision and high-spec products for Team Lotus racing team, British Aerospace and spent years refining his trade. Jamie soon picked up the skills of his father and their joint creativity started to produce the unique and quality products you see now.

Land designs vision is to continue creating bespoke and exclusively hand-made items. It’s their mantra that they will never mass-produce the same product or use automated machinery. Truly believing in expanding the workshop ethically and traditionally through the process of hand-made products, using the latest precision machinery to create beautiful one-of-a-kind products which will hopefully end up in your very own home.
