If you are not satisfied with a purchase from Land Designs for any reason, then please review our return and refund policy below…

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging. You will also need a receipt or, proof of purchase. 

To return your item(s), you will need to contact us at info@land-designs.co.uk. If your return is accepted, we will send you the return address for the item, as well as instructions on how to send your package. Item(s) sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

Please inspect your order upon its delivery to your requested delivery location immediately. It is the buyer’s responsibility to let us know if the item is defective, damaged or if you have received the wrong item. If any of these occurs, we can evaluate the issue and make it right. 

  • Unfortunately, we do not accept cancellations however please contact us at info@land-designs.co.uk if you have a problem with your order. Our primary objective is customer satisfaction and if you have any issues, we are here to resolve them.

  • We are unable to accept returns on personalised orders, sale items or gift cards. This also includes customised orders and the use of our upcycling service.

  • The fastest and most customer friendly way to exchange an item is to request a refund on your item as explained above. Once the return has been accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

  • We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved. If a refund is approved, you will be notified and refunded on your original payment method. Please note, your bank or credit card company may take some time to process the refund.
